Division 26 does not conduct motion calendar. All motions are specially set. The Court may also establish telephone hearings Monday through Friday on short notice, to alleviate the necessity of counsel appearing in person. All requests for specially set hearings shall be in writing. Counsel shall furnish the Court with a copy of the motion and an estimate of how much time will be required for the hearing. These may be sent via e-mail to awerking@17th.flcourts.org, with the motion as an attachment in either Word.doc or pdf format. Memorandums of Law and attached exhibits shall be delivered to the court a week before the scheduled hearing. Honorable Charles M. Greene Upon submitting orders to the court for signature, kindly provide an additional copy to be retained in the court's office file. The Court will publish on the Division 26 link its current three-month trial docket.
