The Traffic Hearing Officers are not permitted to handle cases outside of the courtroom. As such, they are not to be contacted at their offices or any other place regarding pending cases. All inquires or concerns regarding any pending case must be made through the Clerk of the Court Traffic Division. All inquires or concerns regarding the program or the Traffic Hearing Officers must be directed to the Chief Traffic Hearing Officer.
The Broward Traffic Court Program is a program of the Civil Division of the County Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit.
Any complaints, concerns, or requests for information involving the program should first be directed to the Chief Traffic Magistrate.
