    District Court of Appeals Survey
    The District Court of Appeal Workload and Jurisdiction Assessment
    committee is asking lawyers, litigants and the public to
    complete an
    on-line survey to help them evaluate the district courts of appeal.
    The assessment committee will examine the survey results as
    they consider whether a court's performance in a specific area
    could be appreciably improved with a jurisdictional change.
