Circuit Civil Foreclosure Program

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS:

All Foreclosure Hearings will continue to be heard in the dedicated Foreclosure Court.

Motions to cancel sale must comply with new Administrative Order 2011-12-Civ, which requires motion to be filed and hearing set 10 court business days prior to hearing.

All Summary Judgments, Motion to Default, Motion to Withdraw, Plaintiff’s Motions to Cancel Sale, Substition of Party Plaintiff, Motions for Writ of Possession, Motions to Reset Sale, Association to Advance Case, and Motion to Authorize Distribution of Fund are to be set in Division F20 Mondays - Thursdays in the afternoon. Do not set these motions on the F21 Docket.

All other Motion Calendar Hearings are to be set in Division F21 Mondays - Thursdays in the mornings.

All Foreclosure Special Sets and Trials will be held on Friday afternoons. All will be set by the court at hearing.

If your case is a non-residential foreclosure case (condominium lien, commercial foreclosure, contract indebtedness, etc.) currently assigned to Division 11, please Click Here to have your case transferred to a general civil division. This process will take approximately 48 hours.

When filing notices for Foreclosure Hearings type "Presiding Judge" under the Judges Name.

All Foreclosure Master Calendar hearings will be set online.

Motions appropriate for F20 are only those available in the drop down menu. All Summary Judgement Motions are to be set in F20.

All Summary Judgement Motions are NOT to be set in F21.

Attorneys are encouraged to set blocks of cases for judicial economy.

Pro Se Scheduling

Pro Se Litigants must set hearings with Judicial Assistant for Judge Garcia-Wood . A filed motion and copies of notices to send to all parties, and proper identification are required.
