The Web Page and Judge’s Procedures for Division 11 – Foreclosure, are presently being updated and subject to change. Any update we make for the rest of 2013 will be done on the first working day of the week.

Along with the Web Page, please familiarize yourself with the Judge’s Procedures found at: Division 11 Procedures

All Foreclosure Hearings will continue to be heard in the dedicated Foreclosure Courtrooms.

Motions to cancel sale must comply with new Administrative Order 2011-12-Civ, which requires motion to be filed and hearing set 10 court business days prior to hearing.

Emergency hearings including emergency motion to cancel foreclosure sale will be handled in the manner outlined in the Judge’s Procedures.

All Summary Judgments, Motion to Default, Motion to Withdraw, Plaintiff’s Motions to Cancel Sale, Substitution of Party Plaintiff, Motions for Writ of Possession, Motions to Reset Sale, Association to Advance Case, Motion to Authorize Distribution of Fund, etc. are set according to the Judge’s Procedures for Division 11.

All Foreclosure Trials will be set for Monday – Thursday and Special Sets will be held on Fridays.

Scheduling on Eiss, Lisa Dolin (89) and Foreclosure-Special (F2x) are only made by Court Administration.

Pro Se Scheduling

Pro Se Litigants must set hearings with a Foreclosure Case Manager. A filed motion, copies of notices to send to all parties, and proper identification is required. Please review the HELP DESK Link for more information.
