Division (26) does not conduct Motion Calendar. All Motions are specially set. 

All requests for specially set hearings shall be in writing. Counsel shall furnish the Court with a courtesy copy of the Motion and an estimate of how much time will be required for the hearing. For any case recently transferred to the Complex Civil Division, Plaintiff’s counsel shall provide a service list with all counsels names, addresses, phone numbers, and e-mails and secretary’s name. The judicial assistant shall contact the Plaintiff’s counsel to first schedule a Case Management Conference (CMC) with dates and times to coordinate with all counsel of record. Once a mutually agreeable date has been determined, the court will then schedule the first CMC.  The Court will schedule ½ hour for CMC.  If additional time will be necessary, please notify the judicial assistant.

Upon submitting Orders to the Court for signature, please provide an additional copy to be retained in the court’s office file.
