The Juvenile Division is divided into two divisions: Delinquency and Dependency.
Delinquency cases are juvenile criminal cases.
Dependency are cases dealing with juveniles who are abandoned, abused or neglected by parents or other custodians, surrendered for the purpose of adoption, or who are persistent runaways, habitually truant or ungovernable.
