DIVISION (07) ANNOUNCES OPEN DATES FOR SELF-SCHEDULING OF
SPECIAL SET HEARINGS
All parties are advised they can now self-schedule special set hearings on- line in November, December and January 2016 for 15 and 30 minutes hearing.
Available DAYS/WEEKS for self-scheduling of special set hearings are:
November 30 through December 4, 2015
December 7 through December 11, 2015
January 4 through January 8, 2016
January 11 through January 15, 2016
January 18 through January 22, 2016
January 25 through January 29, 2016
Parties can self-schedule hearings from 9:30 to Noon and 1:30 to 4:00.
Parties do NOT need to request permission from the Court to self- schedule but DO need to confer with all parties to secure an agreed upon time.
Parties should cancel any hearing on-line if the matter resolves. The Court reserves the right to reschedule hearings set on Fridays if parties do not fill the dockets.
These self-scheduling dockets are not all inclusive. Should any party have a matter which is time sensitive or the parties are unable to self-schedule on the above dates and need hearing time on a more expedited basis, counsel should advise the Court in the same manner as set out in the Courts procedures web page.
All matters that can take (10) minutes or less can always be set on the Court’s Motion Calendar which is held every Wednesday.
Be advised motion calendar in Division (07) will be suspended beginning
December 16, 2015 and will resume on January 6, 2016.
