Judge Jackie Powell was recognized by Mayor Samson Borgelin of North Lauderdale

Judge Powell was honored when she received a letter of recognition from Mayor
Borgelin in honor of her work in the community, and her representation of the Caribbean
community during National Caribbean American Month.
