The Seventeenth Judicial Circuit welcomed middle school and high school students from Lighthouse Deliverance Camp on August 1, 2024. The campers observed cases in Mental Health Court with Judge Ari Porth and Juvenile Delinquency cases with Judge Michael Orlando. They were thrilled to speak with both judges and their court staff at length about daily court occurrences and what it takes to work in the legal field. The campers were also introduced to short presentations about court interpreting and mediation, thanks to Court Administration staff members Martine Pelissier and Lucy Catena.
