The Seventeenth Circuit congratulates Judge Raag Singhal for making the short list for the Governor’s consideration for an appointment to the Florida Supreme Court. Judge Singhal is one of 11 who have made the list of nominees sent to Tallahassee, as the Supreme Court must fill three seats left vacant by the up-coming retirements of Justices Lewis, Pariente, and Quince.
The Seventeenth Circuit wishes to congratulate the newest members its circuit and county court benches, chosen by both election and gubernatorial appointment.
