On Friday, March 25, Judge Robert Diaz hosted his 22nd annual Hispanic law student luncheon, treating the attendees to good Cuban food and casual conversation in his courtroom. It was a great time had by all!
In recognition of Women’s History Month, several leaders in Broward County’s legal community were honored this past week at an event hosted by the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, Broward County Women Lawyers’ Association, and the Broward County Bar Association. Judicial honorees included Judge Carol-Lisa Phillips, Judge Giuseppina Miranda, Judge Stacey Schulman, and retired Judges Ilona Holmes and Susan Greenhawt.
