The Honorable Elaine A. Carbuccia was lauded by the Cuban American Bar Association at their Annual Member Awards Reception on Friday, December 15, 2023.
Judge Carbuccia was selected as the Judge of the Year and was presented with a plaque to memorialize this recognition.
